What do I have to do to get the scale to move?
I'm back on the foods.
I'm getting my water.
I'm exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
I'm sick of seeing 192.5 every time I step on the scale.
Grrrrrr.
Sorry, feeling sorry for myself today.

Hang in there sweetie. I don't have any great answers for you but know that you can and will get the scale moving again. Change things up. Eat more protein. Change the exercise routine. I dunno. It's when the scale doesn't move that we all struggle so darn much.
No worries. You're on track, you're doidng well. Remember it takes 3500 calories burned to lose a pound. That's hard work for your body. It will come off. You know from experience it will. Just keep on swimming.
Keep at it Care'. If you keep it up, the scale will have to move. If you quit now, you know what the result will be. You will get there. I know it's frustrating. Trust me, I know.
A hammer ought to do the trick. ;)
